Stabilizing Perturbative Yang-Mills Free Energy with
Gribov Quantization
Nan Su (University Bielefeld)
We evaluate the free energy of Yang-Mills theory using the Gribov
quantization that copes with nonperturbative resummation. The
magnetic scale is systematically incorporated in the framework. The
calculation is done in a renormalization-scale-free way, and the
only uncertainty comes from the nonperturbative running coupling
that is adopted from the lattice measurement. The result is
impressively robust down to T~2Tc and in extremely good agreement
with the lattice data.
