(Departure on 25/2 in the afternoon. There are talks up to midday. It is not possible to get an accommodation for Friday night.)

Attention: snow-storms are possible. An extremely hard winter is expected.

Cost of the Ecole de Physique des Houches: 365 euro.

This includes the full week with 3 meals, accommodation, coffee-break, entertainment room (ping-pong,…)

Important: this is a package. Even if one stays for not the full duration of the meeting, it costs the same.

The centre is equipped with: library, a few small working rooms, video projector, few PC, 2 Mac and 1 printer, Wifi, fax.
 
  Costs for the accompanying persons: 9 euros/day for the room sharing + breakfast 8 euros for the lunch and 8 euros for the dinner
