Costs

Cost for each participant for full accommodation -including hotel room (6 nights), breakfasts, lunches and dinners for all the duration of the meeting- :

c.a. 350-400 Euros per person

The full accommodation price can be paid with credit card (Master Card, Maestro, Visa, American Express), cash or also with the normal bank-card directly in the Hotel of Stara Lesna (Tatranska Lomnica)

Moreover, there is a conference fee of (up to 15-th of January) which covers also the proceedings:

100 euro for post-doc and senior scientists

50 euro for PhD students

After 15-th of January the conference fee is

125 euro for post-doc and senior scientists

75 euro for PhD students

One can also pay the conference fee (cash only) directly in the Hotel Academia (Stara Lesna, Tatra National Park) on the arrival day.
