++For their thesis, bachelor students work on a research project of around 3-6 Months in length. Master students usually take around 6 months to a year to complete their project. A PhD typically lasts around three years. During the writing of their thesis it is not unusual for a student to also appear as an author of [[one of our publications>>doc:Main.Publications.WebHome]], since the assigned projects are closely related to the ongoing science in our group.
