We
present the first results of our recently completed 3+1D computational
fluid dynamical framework.
The
study includes comparisons with experimental data from RHIC and
LHC,
obtained from different initial profiles, two different equations of
state (with or without partial chemical equilibrium) and different
fluid dynamical descriptions (ideal and viscous). We also study the
effect of
different freeze-out descriptions; constant freeze-out temperature vs.
constant Knudsen number where applicable.
