Transport from the fluid-gravity correspondence

Michael Lubinsky (Ben-Gurion University)

At the beginning, a brief overview of high order (beyond Navier Stokes) linear hydrodynamics will be given. Then the focus will be shifted to fluid-gravity correspondence. Basic ideas behind the formalism will be reviewed and the main results on high (all) order transports presented. If time permits, I will also talk about anomaly-induced transports computed from holography.
