After a
brief introduction to the idea of gluon saturation, I discuss its
applications to particle production in high energy collisions using the
so-called Color Glass Condensate (CGC) formalism. Azimuthal angular
correlations between produced particles are known to be powerful probes
of the dynamics of CGC. In this talk I will focus on (azimuthal) angular
correlations in three-particle production in Deep Inelastic Scattering.
